Glodeal is a buying-decision service — not a reseller and not a marketplace. These terms explain what we do, what we're responsible for, and what stays with the retailer.
What Glodeal is
Glodeal provides editorial verdicts and price comparisons to help you decide whether to buy a product locally in the UAE, import it, choose a verified alternative, or skip it. A verdict is our informed opinion based on data at a point in time. You make the final purchase decision.
Prices are indicative
Prices and availability change constantly. Figures on the site are estimates and should be verified live before you buy. For orders we fulfil, the landed total is confirmed and locked at checkout; until then it is an estimate.
Two kinds of order

Our three roles — and where responsibility sits
Glodeal acts in three distinct capacities, and our responsibility differs in each. We keep them separate on purpose.
- As a judgment service: we provide information and opinion. We don't guarantee outcomes; you decide.
- As a procurement agent (Order type A): we act as your buying agent. Our liability for a fulfilled order is limited to the value of that order.
- As an affiliate referrer (Order type B): the sale, payment, product warranty and returns are the third-party seller's responsibility. We are not the seller and are not liable for their acts or omissions.
Verified alternatives ("China Premium")
Where we list a China-made alternative, the judgment that it is functionally equivalent to a brand product is ours, made transparently and only after authenticity checks. Alternatives are offered on a purchase basis (we don't earn affiliate commission on them), and the savings shown are against a stated brand reference.
Third-party products and sellers
Glodeal does not manufacture the products it writes about and does not control third-party sellers. Except for orders we fulfil ourselves, we give no warranty over products, sellers, shipping times or after-sales service, and are not liable for them.
Scope, content and law
- Glodeal focuses on purchases above AED 300; below that, our standing advice is to buy local.
- Site content, verdicts and design are Glodeal's intellectual property and may not be republished without permission.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Glodeal is registered under IFZA, Dubai.
- Your statutory rights as a consumer under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 are not reduced by anything on this page.
